Preamble:
We the people, finding ourselves deserted on an uncharted island, declare ourselves as an Independent Government to be ruled as a republic by the people, for the people, of Candy Island until such a time as our own respective nations come to our aid. We will be ruled with the rights of citizens in mind and keep a stable system of checks and balances to evenly distribute the power amongst the council.
